Nutmeats are an excellent source of vitamins & minerals including vitamin E, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folic acid, vitamin A, copper, magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus and iron. Nuts are high as well in essential, polyunsaturated, fatty acids such as linoleic & linolenic plus monounsaturated oleic. Nothing but lots of nuts.
